Pharmaceutical data exploitation

At Datinza we offer the OPAs we work with regular reports that describe in detail the performance, availability and capacity of the infrastructure, applications and databases.

We also prepare reports for each pharmacy which can only be accessed by its holder. Thanks to this, every pharmacy can have charts and statistics on the following, for instance:

  • Monthly invoicing.

  • Dispensed prescriptions per month.

  • Prescriptions through Personal Health Cards.

  • Average dispensation price.

(In addition, it is possible to create, delete or adapt any chart or statistics if required by the Official Pharmaceutical Associations)

This service can include access to the images of each pharmacy’s prescriptions that Datinza has previously digitalized. Software has been developed in order to reach these images based on the National Medication Code, the prescription code and the date of dispensation.

User Service Centre

This service offers support to pharmacies and OPAs in case of issues encountered while using services related to queries and dispensation of electronic prescriptions.

The User Service Centre consists of two levels:

  • First level: issues are dealt with by OPA staff through the Datinza app, which allows registration and follow up of said issues in real time. We also provide staff in order to assist with issues encountered outside the OPA’s working hours.

  • Second level: in addition to the first level competences, this second level deals with more technical issues. Because of this, it is Datinza who is in charge of assisting and solving them.

The service centre’s work can be described as both active -pharmacists will receive an immediate answer as soon as they detect any issue- and proactive, since there is constant monitoring in order to find possible improvements in the service and implement them.

Although, it is possible to only acquire the first level, OPAs tend to choose the second one because it is more complete and covers every support need.

“Sentinel” Pharmacies

Datinza has developed, at the request of CONCYL (OPA’s governing body in Castilla y León), a specific software so the OPAs can carry out a follow up on these “sentinel” pharmacies (pharmacies which are on the lookout for recurrent purchases of medicines that may reveal an epidemic).
